They are so great! I recently did my bachelor party with them. The girl in the office was great, suggested great clubs, and even got us the VIP bracletts for them. The bus was cool, it was lighted, but the driver was cool too. He made the trip good too. He would crack jokes, about the girls we just seen, or about the fact I was about to get married the next day. I loved the fact, I got trashed with my best friends, and we each paid maybe $30 bucks a piece for a safe ride everywhere, and a vip pass into each club and bar! It was great! Will be doing more events with them!

While the driver was terrific, the bus was nothing but trouble. The brakes didn't work properly and the windshield wipers didn't work at all...not good in the rain. the driver did a wonderful job with the bad equipment he had, but it doesn't seem like management care too much about properly working buses.

We used Ragin' Uptown for 5 hours for the rediculous price of $600. The driver was extreemly slow, and drove us right into a closed road in Uptown Charlotte. We sat forever, until we finally asked him why. He told us the road was closed and we should just make a run for it. We were 2 blocks away from our destination and it was POURING rain. We did as he was told, and our friend fell in a puddle in the parking lot and was covered in mud. We got to our destination and we were soaked to the bone. He also forgot the "get in free" bracelets AND a business card! when we were ready to leave, he was sleeping in the way back of the parking lot, so we had to walk through the rain again.I contacted the managment about our bad experience, and he gave us nothing but excuses. He offered us 2 free hours next time...but really...I would never use their services again. Then he said he couldn't just give us 2 hours worth of reimbursement because he knew we'd never use them again. How awful.Ragin' Uptown has no idea how to treat their customers!
