We used RAC Glass/Richard Cotton to replace our basement windows. They were 40 year old windows and the ground had settled. It was tough trying to figure out how to remove the window frames but Richard figured out a way to do it. He also did a wonderful job replacing the glass and rollers on our heavy slider door. He had no problems answering all my questions. I was hesitant hiring someone because I had used another glass company and the guy ended up damaging one of my wood window frames and then carelessly walked all over my outdoor flowers. Richard even went so far as to put drop cloths down on our carpets to make sure nothing got on them AND he even took his shoes off while in our home. Windows still look great and we have had no problems. You can't ask for more. We will use RAC for all our glass needs in the future. Thanks Richard! Irene & Greg - Golden
