I have used R&S Plumbing and Drain Service a couple of times in the past year. Each time I call I get prompt service from Stacey and Ray is at my door at the exact time of the scheduled service. Ray was very professional, he came to the door and without being asked immediately put booties on to keep the carpet clean. After that he went to work and had my drains running like new, he even fixed my stopper on my sink with out being asked. It's the little things that go a long way!If you need a drain cleaned or any plumbing work in Missoula call Ray and Stacy and they will fix your problem!- Mike Newman

I called all the plumbing companies in Missoula to get our kitchen sink unclogged. The only two to reply were Roto Rooter and R & S plumbing. R&S was literally HALF the price! I wasn't able to be at home so I was worried about a technician showing up with just my wife and kids there, but when I got home my wife said, "That guy was SO nice! He played with Aaron (our oldest son) and fixed our problem right away." I called R & S the following week to thank them for their excellent service and the lady said, "You're the family with the son who's having a birthday." She even remembered his name! So if you want a brand name, Roto Rooter is fine. But if you want a personal touch, excellent service, fast response time, and an unbeatable price... R & S Plumbing is the company to call.
