AVOID THIS BUSINESS-DISHONEST. Trevell Robinson was contracted to install a heating and air conditioning unit on Feb 25, 2012. Although paid for, the work was not done. Trevell used many excuses like the unit I chose was sold, it's raining, I picked up the wrong voltage, and I can't install because I'm having brain surgery. I asked for a refund. The day he's to bring the refund he says the supply house will pay by check on May 11, 2012. I haven't heard from him since. HOWEVER, I've discovered that Trevell has renamed the business from Robinson Brothers Heating & Cooling on 11203 Hermosa to R&B Heating & Cooling on 11342 Church (the street behind him). The phone numbers were changed, but the business message remains the same when it doesn't go straight to voicemail. I have called, emailed, and faxed my displeasure as well as my request for a refund to ALL numbers. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Gave a great price & the owner & his teenage son were very professional. Good job guys!
