Great service and quality

These guys did such an amazing job with a broken pipe in the basement. They were efficient and absolutely amazing in how they did the repair and then cleaned up! It is good to know that there are still some professionals that know how to do a great job in a timely manner and don’t overcharge!

Quint was recommended to us and we are very happy that we called this company. Late on a Friday afternoon, start of the Memorial Day weekend, Bill came right out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I wish I could give this zero stars because of all the troubles this company has put me through. 8 months ago we had our bathroom remodeled. Before the renovation the sink wasn't draining well and the problem was still there after renovation. Being a small business owner myself I like to shop local before I call in a name brand business. This was one of those cases I should have paid extra for.

The first guy they sent out solved our drain problem but damaged our 8 month old sink in the process putting deep gouges all over it. He didn't even tell us about it, he packed up and left like nothing ever happened. I tried to clean the sink realizing that the gouges were deep into the porcelain. I called up Quint to let them know what had happened and the receptionist just kept telling me "I don't know what you want me to do". She offered no reassurance or even apologized. Later that day they got someone to come measure the sink and they were going to order a new one.

One week goes by and I hear nothing... two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call them up. The owner Mike calls me acting like I am making a big deal. How about customer service? What about letting someone know "Hey we ordered it... this is the status...". Three weeks goes by no news... Then a month passes so I call up again. He says "Oh we ordered it but it's not in yet". Then within an hour his receptionist calls me and says that the sink is in and they want to install it Monday. Hmm that's interesting... When you told me the status did you really know if the sink was in or not? Couldn't you simply tell me that you are checking on it?

So Monday comes and they send another guy to install the sink. He removes the old sink but does a terrible job at installing the new one. It is not even level!! Its 1/2" lower on the left side from the base of the mirror and crooked on the pedestal. To make matters worse, they broke the mechanism that makes the sink stopper go up and down when they did the original drain work so my husband asked them to fix it when he installed the new sink. The guy said "No problem!" then he left. Well after he left my husband went to check the drain stopper and the guy didn't even fix it, he just set the drain stopped in the drain like it was good to go when clearly it was still broken. So we had to call back again and they said they will order the new piece. I wonder how long this will take and when this nightmare will be over.

I have a beautiful new bathroom that my dad and father-in-law took much care and detail renovating for us and a sink that is clearly not level and missing a drain stopper. It's very disappointing and I wish I would have never gave this company a chance. They have done nothing to help me or even reassure me that they will make it right.

Great job. Tom came out on Thanksgiving day and saved the day. You guys are now my go to guys for all my plumbing work. Thanks a million.

Quint Plumbing is amazing! They work hard and fast. They will come in a deal with problems, like sewage backup, quickly. Their work is top rate and they are very friendly and will work with you. We have been fixing up an old house and I don't know how we would be able to do it without Quint. I can't say enough good things about Quint! Everyone in and around the Wyandotte area should use them.
