I went here with a flashing OD light. Truck was running fine other than the light flashing. I went in, they charged me 39 dollars to read the codes and tell me what needed to be done. They said I needed a solenoid pack and that it would be 450.00 to have it done. They ordered the part and I brought the truck in. The truck went 30 miles from the shop and I lost 1st and second gear. I stopped at another shop and had the codes read and they said the solenoidpack was bad. I called and asked for my money back and was told to go back in that they would give me a deal and put a used transmission from a junk yard for 1500. I said no. I want my money back and I will give the part back. The mechanic named Kenny threatened us over the phone to go in and fight then hung up. I called back and was told by the owner to go in and he woukd refund me the part and the price to read the codes but not labor. I could hear his wife in the background saying they won't refund me the cost of the transmission fluid although they drained mine and tossed it. We go in and we're offered 150 dollars..that included the code read, the transmission fluid and the solenoid pack Now I am no mechanic but a solenoid pack cost at least 200 or more not 50 dollars. They put a used part in my car and now I have to go buy another? I said no I will take 300 back as I understand the labor issue but I have to go buy the part you failed to fix. The owners wife decided to mouth off and say just pay them the 150 and get them out of here. I said I will see you in court and she yelled leave and pointed at the door. Whatever you do, do not trust these people with your car. They use used parts and they are all friends and will back eachother even if they are wrong.

I have bought too many sets of tires over the years to count from them. Excellent experience every time. I have a flat tire and they fix it for me immediately. They fixed the many wrong things with my mustang and then it ran like a bat out of hell. I have never had a bad experience with the gal at the front desk, the owner, or any of the mechanics. No complaints from me.

Please do not go there I too had a very bad experience. The girl at the front desk is rude and knows she is stealing from you.

$362.00 for a 4x4 decoder, which they couldn't find the supposed original. Truck wouldn't run on pick up. $50 to lie about having Okmulgee Ford reprogram the cpu. They disconnected a vacuum line when supposedly fixing the 4x4 issue. I'm now stranded. My 2 wheel drive will not work. Robbed with a pen!

COMPLETELY Agree with Tulsan10's post. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! They did the same thing to me!!! I do not have the time or energy at the time to fight in court, but sure wish I would have! The lady who works the front desk, and is actually the main mechanic's wife, is rude and a beotch. I had to take my car back to them 5 TIMES because they kept breaking other things while under the hood. After my ordeal I heard later that most of the mechanics are not certified and are friends of the owner. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

DO NOT take your vehicle here. I don't usually write reviews, but people need to be aware of this place. They are liars, rude and use old parts and sale them off as new. I have proof of this when i did my research on the parts they bought from an auto store. Do not go to this place.
