While plumbing problems are not my favorite things, this one was as painless as I can imagine. Public Service Plumbers were able to respond quickly and complete the repair in a timely fashion while leaving everything in better shape than it was when they arrived. Everyone was very helpful! Should I need a plumber, they will be the one I call.

Lost a customer

Called to have a plumber come out because the water heater was making clunking/knocking sounds. Based on what i read on websites the heater needed to be flushed and drained. Told the receptionist who set up the appointment that it probably needed to be flushed. (heater still heated the water well, able to long hot showers etc... just made knocking noises). When the plumber got here, he said that heaters don't need to be flushed drained anymore, he checked to make sure water heater still worked (i already knew it did) and looked at one other issue we had and charged us $98 for the 30 min visit. If i had been told up front that they don't drain/flush water heaters anymore, i would not have had them come out (by the way, the manual for my Whirlpool water heater says it IS supposed to be drained/flushed every 6 months). I don't appreciate being lied to and i don't appreciate having to spend the time and money to hire someone else to do what this guy should have done.

had a clogged sink. charged by the hour and very fair. most other places i called would only come out to provide an estimate and would not give a ballpark cost or time/range estimate over the phone, which can be a waste of time if you need to take off from work. will definitely use again. showed up on time and called before coming out.

This is the worst Plumbing service there is. I had a faucet repair that lasted over 4 hours. The plumber stayed in my house repaired my shower valve and then left me with out a kitchen faucet. He left because he said he forgot parts and said he would return in 10 mins. That turned into an hour so I left to go eat lunch when I got back he was there waiting and upset he took his tools and left.

Their expecrience really shows. If you have a big job, call Public Service Plumbers.

Prompt and Effective service at a Good Price.

Just reminded of the great service I always get with Public Service Plumbers with my recent toilet installation. The guys were great, friendly and did the job right - explaining everything that had to be done (since the previous plumber had installed it incorrectly.)



Appointment set up was quick and easy. Had not problem getting them out on time. They even wore foot covers so that they did not track dirt into the house.



Just called for 2 more toilets to be installed tomorrow.
