Kenny and his crew did a great job on my foundation. He did everything he said he would do. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I am so disappointed with the poor customer service provided by this company. We hired Profound to repair our foundation, and noticed the Sprinkler system stopped working, we hired a sprinkler tech and he found a broken cable at the same spot where profound digged to install the pier, it was clear that while digging, they broke a cable with a shovel. when we contacted profound, they denied responsibility then they ignored our msgs

Kenny and his team with Proufound foundation repair did a wonderful job on my home! I had numerous quotes and decided to go with this company as Kenny was the most knowledgeable and professional. He didn't seem like a sales person but more what I would call an industry expert. Kenny at Proufound was also able to explain things to me and show me things about my home that none of the other companies could. As a matter of fact, other companies I had provide estimates made crude jokes and treated me like I was an idiot but not Kenny at Profound. I had a large two day job and the team showed up promptly early everyday. Care was given to cover holes and make the environment safe for my dogs in between days and the guys didn't leave until every bush was put back in place and the area was tidy and neat. I am 100% pleased with the results and my home is level and functional again. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and service and quality of work. I would go out of my way to use these guys again or refer them to my friends and family.

Kenny is professional, knowledgeable and above all, has great integrity honouring his Company's Warranty and committment. They worked hard on my home and I recommend Profound Repair to homeowners.
