Hired them for wood rot repair first week in May 2010. Job est to be 2 days took 4, Gave me a written estimate for one thing and demand more in the end. End result of what i have to pay for; I have a kitchen window that is leaking and they are not returning my phone calls. Why do companies today think that people dont work hard for their money!!

They did not work one full day, did more damage than they fixed and left a whole lot of sloppy work behind to show for it. I have contacted them at least 7 times about fixing the issues and it is now mid July. While they did anwser my second call for assistance as water came into my kitchen during heavy rain, they supposed fix they did prove to provide no relief as the next rain took of flow into my kitchem. Allen said someone would come the next day, no one ever showed, and no one ever returned my calls from there after.

When they did not fix the most damaging problems (leaking window) , the site manager Allen refuse to return any of my calls or hornor their 5 yr labor warranty. Thank god i was watching, taking pictures and video recording with my phone, as they tried to just cover the bad wood at the bottom of my T-11 with the band board. They did not cork any thing properly and left most boards unevely nailed. The Lead worker who was suppose to be the master carpenter, lied and told me he brought his paint already with primer in it, when i question him about not primering. I even took a sample to homedepot and was told it was just exterior paint. this is just some of the crap this company has put me through. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB!

BEWARE!!! They were hired to do a job and be finished within a certain amount of time. We were told it would be a 4 week project. They didn't start until the week before and after they did, the rest was just a nightmare. They cut our roof open and didn't tarp it so when it rained a few hours later, it flooded almost an entire half of our home. They did not come back to help clean up the damage or get the water out. They left us with wet rotting carpets and damaged wood flooring for over a week. when they did come back, it was just one mistake after the next. They put a hole through one of our walls that shouldn't have been touched and left it open to the exterior. They took approx a month to patch it up.

The work they did for what we hired them for was done so poorly that we are now looking for another contractor to fix it.
