We have been using ProDisposal for several years and have never had a problem with them. Their employees have always been courteous and efficient. I have recommended this company several times! Thank you for your wonderful service!!

These people have TERRIBLE customer service. We moved into our house 3 weeks ago. The 1st week they missed our house and then made us pay $10 to have the driver come back around (yes, we had to pay $10 for THEIR mistake). Then they called to say our payment was late when only got the bill 6 days before the due date. When I called to let them know I paid the bill online they told me unless the recieve it before our next pick up they won't pick up our trash...I told them that is why I was calling and they said they didn't care. If they don't have the money they don't pick up, period! Turns out they are the most expensive (even with the surcharges Waste Mgt & Allied charge) of the 3 options in this area...I am glad to not be in business with a company who feels relationships are disposable!
