I saw all the positive reviews so I thought I would try this company. What a disaster!! They were rude, and insulting. My house is sparkling clean and I thought I would make it even cleaner by using them. They cleaned a carpet in my husbands study . There was one small area where he sits everyday that was a little darker as the carpet is a very light color. After the cleaning there was no change at all. They called it wear and tear? The rug is wool and only one year old. I had them clean my master bedroom wool carpet , just to keep it perfect looking and when they were done they left a stain that was not there before they cleaned it. They then cleaned the grout on my kitchen floor and when they were done there was no change. This company is a sham! Do not use them! The entire time they were in my house the technician was trying to sell me more services! It was so unbelievably expensive

They were timely and efficient, had 2 rooms and a hallway cleaned in around half an hour. Unbeatable prices! Staff was friendly and informative, letting me know about offers but not trying to sell me anything! My carpets are fairly old and not in the best shape, but all the dark stains came right out. Will be checking them out for pressure washing some time this spring too.

Pristine cleaning power washed my deck and siding - they did a great job and were very timely. We also had them clean our carpets and they look wonderful. I will definetly use them in the future for any needs I have that they can take care of for me.

Pristine was prompt and they cleaned some rugs that had been used outdoors in all weather conditions for 2 years! I really thought they were beyond hope. Did a great job with our sofa and dining chairs too.
