I called a couple of locksmiths yesterday but they either couldn't make it out to where I was stuck in Mira Mesa, or they would not work on Kryptonite locks. Then the third try at a locksmith was a charm, I called Prestige.

I talked to Shy and he asked me to send a pic of the lock via text, and he said he could do it and would come to Mira Mesa. I was concerned that the Kryptonite lock would be too tough to do in less than a few hours... but Shy cut and chiseled the lock away in 18 minutes. 18 minutes! And, he didn't put one single scratch on my bike (a nice Yamaha YZF R6S).

And during that short time, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. His van was full of every kind of tool and was clean and organized. I have total confidence in Shy and Prestige Locksmith and will now recommend him to family, friends and everyone on Facebook.

This guy is the best - he's fair with the price and fast with the work. And also, he cut me a free ignition key, so now I have a spare one, and he gave me a handy fridge magnet w/ his info on it. Awesome. A genuinely great customer service experience.

Shy is the best priced, most friendly, capable, professional, genuine, hardworking locksmith around. After loosing my keys and being stuck at work at almost midnight, I called every locksmith in the books. These guys were much less than anyone else I called, and I think Shy was in his van and on his way before we were off the phone. Turned a shi**y experience into a pleasant, affordable one.

I called around 3 diffrent companys for prices for my audi keyless remote, shy (the owner) was very professional and have a great customer service no mention the lowest price around, he was able to make the keyless remote less than 25 minutes! and also gave me a spare key for emergancy, Thank you Shy !!!
