I had a large area rug in my living room that over time and with a couple dogs it got pretty dirty and had a lot of pet hair. I was considering throwing it away but had it looked at by Thane at Premier. He gave me an estimate rolled it up and out and when returned it was amazing. Quality work and great customer service.

Thane has cleaned the carpet and tile for several of my clients and for me personally. The tile came out so clean that people thought it was new floor! Another client had him remediate a small mold problem and she was so impressed on how he handled the situation. He is matter of fact, and doesn't blow things out of proportion. Our dog really had a bad night with tummy issues...needless to say..the next morning (saturday) was not pleasant for the carpet. Called Premier and they showed up within ONE hour on an early weekend morning! Thanks Thane!
