They are prompt and responsible, and very friendly and efficient.

It was refreshing dealing with this business. They went above and beyond for me and my family. Our furnace decided to stop working and of course it's November. I had a heart transplant three years ago. It is important for me to stay healthy. I called Precision and explained my situation to Tom. He shuffled things around and squeezed me in his very busy schedule. This is an honest business with fair prices. My husband and I were pleasantly shocked at the price we paid for a new furnace. Everything was explained to us in detail. Adding to the situation was the fact that this happened Thanksgiving week. While we were waiting for a part to come in, Tom offered to pay for a hotel for my family or buy us additional space heaters. We did not take him up on this. But what a generous offer! I highly recommend this business!

Temperature was in mid 80s and our ac died. It was late in the day so my son-in-law called Tom. He came the next morning and replaced the complete ac in a quick and professional manner. I was very happy with service and the costs.

The services that were provided to my mother and I were top notch. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Tom went above and beyond for us. The gentlemen that installed the furnace (Paul and Jimmy) were very courteous and explained everything.
My mother's furnace stopped working at the end of December and Tom pretty much dropped what he was doing and found a way to help my mother out. His crew came out the very next day and installed the new unit. The professionalism from this company deserves 5 stars alone. I can't thank you guys enough for helping my mother.

I met Tom back in 2003 when my AC unit died. He came out the same day and fixed the unit at a very reasonable price. A few years later during a bad storm my furnace stopped working so I called Tom and he came right out. Lightening from the storm had fried something in the furnace and ac unit, Tom asked me if I knew what my insurance covered, so I called them about it, to my surprise, I was covered. He replaced the furnace and ac at no cost to me. He even gave the insurance co a great deal. In 2015 my daughter's furnace went out and I called Tom again and he was there within 24 hrs. He quoted her an amazing price and installed the furnace and ac unit in 3 days. In 2019 my daughter bought a smaller house that had an old gas furnace and while we were remodeling the furnace died. I called Tom but she really didn't have the means to buy a new gas furnace so Tom suggested an electric furnace just to get her through, he found her an electric furnace and walked me thru every step to install it just so she would have heat. Last year I bought her smaller house. I didn't want an electric furnace so I called Tom and had him install a new gas furnace and ac unit. It was winter, he said no sense in letting the ac unit sit out in the weather all winter, so I stored the boxed unit in the garage and as soon as spring hit he came out and installed the ac unit. Again at an amazing price, quality products and quality work.
My daughter's next house had baseboard heat, that had to go. I called Tom, this was no small job, like starting a new build but working around everything imaginable. Tom completed the job in less than 5 days and as always the price and quality.. phenomenal. As a bonus, there is never a mess to look at while his team works. They clean up as they go and even take trash with them when they leave. When the job is done you are left with a very professional install. Tom and crew...thanks for everything..I honestly appreciate all of you.

My trailer furnace stopped working and I called Tom on Friday and he came on that following Monday and put a while new unit in. . Was very professional and friendly!! He even left the floor cleaner then it was before he got there. . . Thank you so much to Tom and his crew!! Yall did a fantastic job!!

Super prompt service during a busy time due to the hot weather and high number of AC Issues. Tom was able to squeeze us in to look at our unit as we were having water seep onto our basement carpet. Our issue was resolved and he gave us some ideas to help prevent future issues. Was very happy with the quick response and appreciate that he gave us a follow up call to ensure things were resolved later that evening. Would highly recommend.

Our furnace went out the week of Christmas and tom was able to fit us in! Very prompt, courteous and professional. He and his team installed a new furnace, replaced duct work bottoned everything up the right way. Definitely went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Precision for quality work, fair price and professional installation!

We called on a Saturday because our heater went out. They didn’t have any available appointments but walked my husband through how to fix out heater until they were able to come out to do maintenance. We ended up needing to replace the furnace because it was so old. Because it was so cold and we had no heat they fit us in to their schedule. They had it done in 2 days! They replaced nearly everything with quality materials, no aluminum tape and piece meaning it together. It was remarkable how clean they kept the area. Their work looks top notch!

I am a very happy customer with a newly installed heat pump and furnace by Precision Heating & Cooling. I must say I was very impressed with Tom Novotny and his response time and completion time of our HVAC problem. I highly recommend Precision Heating to anybody experiencing HVAC problems presently or in the future, this is the number to keep handy for whatever the reason. Print a copy and tape it to the frige or where you can find it when a problem occurs. Tom and his technician professionally handled the install with the greatest of craftsmanship at a very fair price, even got some of it handled by our Home policy.
He did everything he said he would in a very professional and respectful manner, when the job was complete they thoroughly cleaned the whole area. I will never forget the fact that Tom drove a long distance just to pick everything up so he could start working that weekend. chalk up one more reason Precision Heating has a 5 star rating. Thank you Tom and Precision Heating for the professional and caring job you did for us and the 10 yr warranty!!

I turned on my AC unit on April 9th to test its operation and found it locked out/no power. I called Precision and Tom walked me through the reset process. Many other HVAC businesses would schedule a service call resulting in charges including travel. My unit is operating fine, Thanks Percision. Since my last review I had to have my Heat pump/AC unit replaced due to a power surge. Tom quoted me a price, delivered the parts and installed the system on the date we set up. Could not be more pleased. Thanks Precision.

Called Precision last year to install a new central air unit. Was well pleased with the service. Then a few weeks ago, I had a major furnace issue. About 20 years old, it needed replaced. Tom was able to do it quickly and presented a good price. Tom did a few extra things during installation and did not charge extra. Kept me informed about the installation. Plus, he cleaned up after both of the above projects. No additional work for me. Unlike competitors, he uses thicker and better quality pipes especially during the furnace install. A great company to call. Would recommend to anyone. Precision is a good name for this company since Tom doesn't cut corners and takes pride in his overall work by being very neat when looking at the finished project.

About a month ago I found out my furnace had a hole in the heating exchange & I needed a complete new unit. I had to miss an entire day of work & spent the day calling multiple companies trying to find the best price & someone to get this replaced the quickest due to it being cold. My dad referred me to Tom. He was very kind & fast at responding. When explaining everything & what I needed he was very helpful & made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. He came to the house that day to check out the furnace & confirmed that I needed a whole new unit. He then told me he was clearing his schedule that Sunday to get the unit put in for me. Which I was very relieved considering I have a 5 year child in the home with me. He went the next day (Saturday) & picked up the unit and dropped it off at the house. While he was doing that he did text me to keep me updated on what was going on. He also brought a space heater with him for us to borrow for the night. Sunday he came & spent the day putting the new unit in. He had to run to the store to pick up a few things & ended up coming back with a new thermostat. I was so excited and thankful over something so simple because I was just so overwhelmed with needing a new unit. Also while he was on the roof to make sure the chimney would work he let me know that I would have to seal around it to make sure the roof did not leak on the new furnace. After getting the unit in he make sure it kicked on & off and also let me know to message him later that night to make sure it was still working before bed. I did message him and let him know and he responded right away. I am very thankful that my dad referred me to Tom. He is very knowledgeable & knows what hes doing. Also he is not a bullshitter & will tell you how it is. Which I think is great. He wont try to sell you something you don't need but will make sure you are getting exactly what you need. i haven't had any problems, I would definitely recommend Tom!!

Referred to Precision Heating and Cooling by family. Tom Novotny responded quickly to my request for help. He is highly responsible and very skilled. I chose to purchase a whole new system and fortunately my choice turned out to be a life saver. Tom discovered all the heat exchangers in the old system were cracked and could have filled the house with carbon monoxide. A big thank you to Tom for being trustworthy and responsible. He went above and beyond to help me and that is so rare in this day and age.

My wife is disabled and when our furnace unexpectedly died we needed a replacement fast. A friend with HVAC experience referred us to Tom Novotney at Precision Heating and Air Conditioning. Tom rapidly responded and arranged a meeting. He provided numerous references and we spoke to some of his previous customers. Because of my wife’s medical issues he requested consent from another one of his customers to reschedule their job, so that he could prioritize ours. He was punctual and finished on schedule. His work was precise and he left our basement cleaner than when he started. The installation was actually more professional appearing than our original HVAC system. The price for a 135,000 BTU furnace and 5 ton air conditioner with installation was unbeatable for the quality of work. We were very satisfied with Tom and his crew. They were friendly, professional, efficient and neat. They kept us informed of the job’s progress as well as their coming and goings. We plan to use them again when our water heater needs replaced. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

I have several rental units and whenever I have had a problem with the furnaces or A/C I have called Tom and he has been prompt in getting to me even when he is busy with other work. Tom always does a top notch job and I had him check a heating unit for my daughter and found that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger that the previous owner did not disclosed when they sold the property. This could have had some serious consequences had it not been found just before the heating season. I have recommended Tom to several people I know and they have had nothing but good things to say about his work. I have had him work on 4 separate properties and have not had any call backs.

All the high reviews I read about Tom N's excellent work and work ethics on this website were SO true!! Tom is a very hard worker and caring person. When Tom came to do an inspection of my 87 year old mother's furnace, he immediately shut it down due to a carbon monoxide leak. He rearranged his extremely busy schedule to replace my mother's furnace and AC unit, ordered the parts, and began work on it within days! Thanks Tom, for the timely response! He is a perfectionist and wants to make sure everything is done perfectly and goes way beyond to make sure it is! Tom and his helper had everything spotless after completion. We would highly recommend Tom and his company to anyone who demands the highest quality workmanship!

Tom was called this morning about my air conditioner. He came out promptly to service my air conditioner gave me a great price did an excellent job . Tom come in and check my air conditioner check my furnace make sure everything is working properly.Tom even called me later to make sure everything was a okay I highly recommend him to anybody .Great service fair pricing. Tom is a true professional in this business. He even told me earlier how to check it myself to see if i really needed him to come out and do a service call which I still had him come out to double check everything that I did. Tom comes highly recommended.

My wife and I realized that our furnace had quit working at 3am in the morning and with 2 little girls at home we quickly had to go to a hotel room. I was referred to Tom from a professional source that I knew I could rely on. Tom came out to our house the same day I contact him in order to give us a quote for a new furnace!! Tom had a very bust workload, but worked us in the very next day! He obviously wanted the job, but what impressed us the most was that he understood our situation of being stuck in a hotel room with our children and went ABOVE AND BEYOND in order to get us back in our home as quickly as possible! Just to put the icing on the cake Precision Heating and Cooling left my basement cleaner than it was when they got there and did very professional work! Tom is an awesome guy and I will never call anyone else to do work on my house other than him!
