Ignorant animals answer the phone. AAA requested them to tow my car & they sent the wrong truck. My car requires a flatbed. I called to check status after waiting 2 hours and the guy literally said "We're not risking our flatbed for AAA." So I said "You're refusing the tow?" He said "Yup!" and hung up. Very rude and AAA should not do business with bone heads like them!

TerribleThey came to tow my car and proceeded to drive it up the flat bed only for the ramp to slide out and ruin the back side of my cadillac. The car was then dragged in Park onto the bed.Shady Don't deal with them

They're like your favorite cousin, but can make your car better than brand new. All I can say, they're the best in Boston.

Upon transporting my vehicle to another state, Precision Auto was sub-contracted to take the vehicle, upon delivery the vehicle was damaged and Precision Auto is unwilling or co-operative to work with me to cover the damages that they are responsible for, would never use the company again.
