After hiring a different company, Fuller's Appliance Repair, to fix my washing machine, and forking over money for the house-call and a new motor (which took a couple weeks to arrive) at their behest only to find it was a misdiagnosis on their part and they wouldn't give me a refund, I called Posten's. He was able to diagnose it as a fuse problem on a Friday after only a few minutes of examining the machine, he called Monday to tell me the part was in, and by Tuesday he had the part installed and the total price tag was less than just the diagnostic visit from the "other place". Be prepared to talk to an answering machine when you call, but he returned my call in the evening to schedule a visit for the following day, and he was great about working around my schedule. I will absolutely be calling him first if I ever have another appliance problem.
