Good service. They came out an repaired my fridge the day after x-mas. They where on time and the service tech was very knowledgable (sp?), I will recommend for there service next time I cantact my extended warranty company for any concerns.

I called them and they told me it was $55.00 to come and check for the problem and if I made the repair they would drop the $55. Well I was ok with that but then she said to me thta it was 10% discount for military. Well when the guy went out he told me it would cost $279 to change the 2 large burners on my stove. What the F***!!! I found them online for less than $20 each. The stove only cost me $458 and they want to charge me $279 to change to burners!!! Then, when I spoke to the owner later she tells me it only $10.00 discount not 10% and that it is not off the service charge only if I do the repairs. Wow! talk about stick it to someone and then knowing that I'm military. I feel sorry for those of you that are not. Ask them to give you everything in wrting and listen when she tells you 10% because she will change it later and say $10.00. There is a big difference between $10 and 10% on $279.00. Well good luck with this one and I hope you read this message before you call them.
