The branch manager Carrie Smith is the greatest. Got my loan and Barb was also friendly and delightful!

The tellers and staff at the Willoughby Hills PNC bank are always very friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in the door you hear a friendly greeting and a inquiry about how they can be of assistance. They are very willing to answer questions and help in any way they can. I am glad that I have a good bank to look after money money!!!

This is the branch I use and all the customer service is excellent.
