My home warranty send them for a problem with my filter. David came and told me I need a new filter but my home warranty told me they would not cover it as David told them I only needed cartridges, the outer casing was finec- which if all they covered. I called David's office and told his secretary I would pay for new filters, she told me it would be $1/sq foot, which I accepted. As I did not hear from them for some time I called again, this time I was told I would need whole new filter for $1000 as some of the rods inside were also broken. I called a few other places they were prepared to put a new filter in from $850 to $950, despite paying David $75 for the visit to my house, his rate was the highest. My pool man said he would get new filters, he got them for $350 with new rods and filter is running like new.



Just a ripoff company like may others in Las Vegas, saved myself $650, would have saved myself another $75 had I not had the American Home Shield home warranty, which I promptly canceled too.

This company was sent to me through my home warranty company and they are great!!! David the owner is always very helpful and they arrive when they say they will. The work they do grade A and they stand behind it. I will always request them. Thank you for running a great company.

I found this company from yellowpages.com and luckily I did not read other review till now because there way off. Girl in the office is very polite and helpful. She tried to help me over the phone as much as possible. I did how ever need someone to come out very great guy who was the owner. His name was David very smart and knows his stuff. I have also signed up for there cleaning service. Great company will use again! It is rare to find a company who does cleaning and has a contractors license for repairs also.

Platinum Pool Repair has the worst management I have ever seen. My pool repair gentleman is great, but unfortunately the company he is working for is not. Every time I call there to ask any questions regarding my service, the young lady on the phone is always rude. She has a nasty sneer to her voice, and acts like my needs are not important. I do not even call them anymore, I always talk to my pool guy, and he is so sweet and helps me with everything. Just beware that when you advised this company to help do your pools you will get a horrible owner and management, but you will great workers. :) Hope this helps
