Really enjoyed working with these guys and their crew. They did an exceptional job for our business. We are interested in purchasing a building for our business and we have already contacted them for an assessment and professional opinion on facility upgrades.

10/4/16 - Update - the owner just called and threatened to physically harm me, saying he has my address, knows where I live and just generally cursing me out because of this review. I had to file a report with the Pittsburgh Police.

Pittsburgh Glass & Mirror, Horrible!

I took an above the door transom to Pittsburgh Glass and Mirror near Penn Brewery on Vinial Street. Seems like a simple job, right? It came back a mess. Caulk on the glass, caulk missing from one side, rough spots everywhere. It looks like a Kindergartner did the caulking. I should have known better when I dropped it off and the employee was just plain rude. I guess I'll be fixing it myself because I am not taking it back to these guys.

Stay away from this place!

I called late night to gather some information on a replacement and who ever the caller was so rude and hung up on me before i can continue my sentence. Super rude, i wouldn't even think about going.

I just wanted to say that I called four glass companies in Pittsburgh to do a difficult glass replacement at my building. When I finally got a hold of them they said they wouldn't be able to do it because it is to hard. When Jeff from Pittsburgh Mirror and Glass called he said there would not be a problem. He came out and measured and quoted me. It had to be done by a swing stage (thing you see them washing the windows from). It was done in a decent amount of time. The guys that did the work were very respectable and personable. I would hire them again to do more work. They did a great job. Thank You Jeff, Mark and Bill.

i called them to have a big picture window fixed that was broke in the middle of the night. i talked to jeff about 8Am he asked me for a aprrox size, then he said one of his men would be there in a hour or so. they cut the glass on the job and it only took about an hour or so. they cleaned up very nice, and a great price. but for great service like that , price was no big deal. they where no joke to me. call them . thanx guys
