Provided by YP.comThey charged me $200.00 instead of $150.00 to install a pool light that I supplied and then wouldn't back up the install because the fixture was not purchased from them. They won't accept liability, but will charge you extra for it anyway. The install failed. The light wouldn't work and they don't want anything more to do with it. How about 0 stars instead of one?

Provided by YP.comFor a small town store you would think customer service would be outstanding- Unfortuantely terrible customer service by the OWNERS. Spent thousand in his store and finally got tired of being treated poorly- Augusta and Columbia are worth the drive
I am interested to know some particulars - was it poor service in the retail store? Was it poor service with regard to pool installation? Would like to know how we failed to meet your expectations and want an opportunity to make it right.
