I ordered $83 flowers for Valentine's Day a week ago. They didn't deliver at all! I had to drive to the store and asked them what is going on. They didn't even have the bouquet together, they didn't even know what I had ordered. Of course, when you notice a sign above register that they don't give refunds, it should have been the first indicator they don't stand behind their own products.

SHOPPER BEWARE!!! Do not use this floral shop for any occasion! I had Petal and Silks do an arrangement to place on my mothers casket, making a long story short the arrangement was horrible vey sparse, long stems and the flowers were only on one side. Web site says 100% guarantee so far so untrue have gone to the store many times and have made several phone calls to speak with management, I'm told manager is always gone and they will not return calls.

Paid extra for next day delivery. Never showed up.
