We have been using Pegasus quarterly for at least 11 years. Great service. We had ants in the kitchen one time and Pegasus was out the next morning. The ants were gone by the evening and have never returned. Reasonable prices and excellent service.

When our favorite guy from another pest control company left, we decided to give this business a try. For a couple years we have HAD them we were never really satisfied with their work and their attention to addressing problematic areas; was mediocre. One embarrassing day a roach was found by health department and naturally we had stop everything to call our pest control company. Pegasus showed up in 4 trucks and had a crew of 4 to spray and fog. 15 minutes later they came out for a cigarette break and already started fogging. The next day there was no follow up and STILL activity in the SAME area... You would think a large crew would be the battalion to save the day, but again it was mediocre results at best. It was the last straw and we went back to original company Western and we regret deviating in the first place as it never felt like Pegasus took their job seriously.
