Good honest company! They came out quickly when my Mother's furnace broke on a very cold night. Although her furnace needed to be replaced quickly, they patched hers up(safely) and got her working again. They gave her a very detailed quote and told her to shop around before she decided to have them do it. They admitted they weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. Their honesty went a long way with us and we had them install a new, quality furnace 2 weeks later. They even shoveled her driveway! Good family business, and I would definitly recommend them for heating or ac. December2016

Today was the day our furnace decided to stop heating. After a few unsuccessful DIY attempts ( I turned it off and on and off and back on followed by turning the heat higher) it was time for the professionals. Called Patrick's Heating & Air and within 30 minutes someone was at the house. After diagnosing the issue, talking me through the issue and solution we now have heat. Patrick's has been at the house more than once for other service and each time I feel confident and secure that the proper work in being quoted and completed in a professional manner and there is absolutely no upselling or scare tactics. From the front office, to the onsite work and products Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning is first rate. If you are looking for cheap work, ok products and so so service do not call Patrick's. My York furnce wasn't heating, I called Patrick's because they are about 15 minutes away from me. Roger was at my place in about 20 mins, cleaned the furnce, found the defective part (gas valve), went to his shop and got a replacement, installed and tested. All this in about an hour. Price was very reasonable, and he didn't mind that I watched and asked a thousand questions. He answered my questions, explained the situation and got the job done right the first time.5 stars!

Patrick's repaired my furnace this month. They came out quickly, were friendly, explained everything, were neat (cleaned up after) and had great prices. A+ work!!
