Patrick Chase is a homeowners, "Knight in Shining Armor". He came to my home within one hour of the call I made to him. He was very courteous and kind. He explained all he was doing and why I had gotten the clog. He also told me ways to eliminate future clogs and gave me information on how to keep my toilet water flowing correctly. He explained about putting all the commercial drain openers down the main drain and how that can cause more problems. Which I had been doing. He gave me simple, low cost remedy's to fix household problems. His fees are very reasonable and I would recommend him highly. Thanks Pat

Patrick was exactly what we were looking for. He responded to our call right away and came to the house within an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Once he got here, Patrick was nothing but courteous, polite, and professional. He quickly fixed our problem, and even took time to show us what he was doing, and explain the job to us. He told us of any potential problems and warned us of any possible complications. He got the job done within in an hour. I should also add that the company before wanted to charge 5000 dollars to change a pipe, and Patrick fixed the problem with ease, without having to rip apart the house. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone in they Pittsburgh area looking for an honest, hardworking, and knowledgable plumber that won't try to rip you off.
