Would not recommend these guys to complete a job as small as a bird bath installation. First the pool was dug to the wrong depth. They provided no supervision of their sub contractors. And the whole job was completed by subs. As a concession to the pool being too shallow, they agreed to make the pool deck larger, which meant pouring an additional footer. They did not get this footer inspected until after the pavers were placed, and I had repeatedly threatened to call the buildings dept about their oversight. We paid our initial deposit in December, and we are now in April and the pool is not finished. Weather during this project has been ideal. We just found out that the Elite roof is on back order. I don't understand why they would wait until the very last minute to order supplies. I found their emails contentious and disrespectful. And they almost never completed a single task in the timeframe that they said it would take. They have a million excuses for every deficiency, and most of them include "not our fault." One sub walked off with my garden hose, the concrete sub left patches of concrete on my front lawn, one Paradise employee pulled up a bunch of pavers to relocate the overflow drain, and then told me I would have to get my paver guy back out to re install those pavers (at my expense). They did not properly cap the irrigation system, so the broken pipes dug holes in the yard, and wasted water.

Paradise Pools by Design designed, & constructed a pool in our backyard in under 40 days. We could not be happier with how smooth the process was. We have built a pool before using another company, and did not have a very good experience at all. Wes & Ryan " the owners of paradise pools by design" have completed our newest pool project in less than half the time it took our first pool company. From the ideas they had on the design process, to the way our pool was built, we have been so fortunate to have had them build this project for us. It has been nothing short of amazing, and i would strongly suggest calling them for your pool or hardscape projects.
