BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are now sending your account for collections and charging a hefty fee if your account is over 30-days past due. They also add additional amounts to your account when they send it for collection (like $300.00) making you pay even more if you are not paying attention.



My balance was $423.00 and they sent it to collection for $723. Palmetto Propane cannot provide any information of where the extra amount came from. $300.00 of this was only five days old when they sent it for collection
