Unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wonder why companies like Sunbow, Cushman and Wakefield would give them a contract. I don't suggest using this company. I am sure they treat some people with honesty, but sadly that is not my experience. I recommend Pacific Tow. Don't confuse the names.

Company is dishonest. First of all they don't accept credit cards - it machine is conveniently broken. The phone number only goes to the manager and not the yard. Which makes you wonder about their professionalism. Manager Luis quoted $255 about 9am. When the 17 year old girl showed up at 2pm they refused to accept credit cards and increased the price to $302. When a police officer is involved Luis said he would honor the price, but the employee still charged $302. Towing is a touch business. Emotions are high and people are not at their best. However, companies like this that mess with kids shouldn't be in business. Don't give Pacific Towing your business.

this place totally sucks!!! the only told me place I know of that will tell your own vehicle out of your own parking space with a valid parking permit!!!! this was not the first time and I'm sure that it won't be the last.. this place is only concerned about making a quick buck, and at the expense of other people. they can care less if you have to get to work or take your kids to school or anywhere else.. all that matters is you legally snatching your vehicle and taking it!!! the customer service is terrible. they are rude I'm organized and very unethical.. they even try to talk me into selling them my vehicle!!! like dude seriously.. Wtf!!! after a two mile walk to the wrong location and $250 later I was finally able to get my vehicle. my parking permit was valid but was on the floor and I'm locked car which I obviously locked the night before!!! avoid this place watch these people they're not about customers..

This place is so helpful! My car broke down late at night in Chula Vista. I was all by myself and coincidentally I saw their truck driving by. The driver totally helped me out, didn't charge me a ridiculous amount and when I called the next day to thank them, I was pleased to speak to a WOMAN! I wonder if thats why they operate so nicely?
