So what happened? Did the company finally pay for the damages?

Beware when driving by them working. I drove by and one of their lawn mowers chunked a rock at my car. I pulled over into the Cambden apartments to check for damage and sure enough I had a dent with paint chipped off. I turned around and went back to the site where the workers were, showed them and they gave me the number to call and report the damage and said that they were a reputable company and would fix it it. I called immediately and left a message. I continuously tried to contact these people, and finally days later I get a live person who tells me that they received my messages and are now waiting to hear back from their corporate office who would contact me soon. Never was I contacted and a little over a month later I decided to call and check progress. I spoke with their operations manager Terry who informed me that I was probably not contacted because they considered it to be a road hazard and were not going to pay for the damages they had done to my car. She also made it clear that I could be lying, and that the dent could have been there and how did she know it was there fault. I explained to her, that it was absolutely their fault and their worker (Jose) agreed that he hit a rock. Why else would he have given me the information to follow up? They should have records with where and when they were working at the time of the incident, followed by my phone records calling them when it happened!!!! These people are not going to fix any damage they caused to your vehicle whether you have proof or not. If they aren't going take responsibility for damages that their workers cause then they should not be in business. I've contacted BBB and reported them. And I will continue to fight to have my car fixed or until they are out of business.
