Very unprofessional. They claim they give a FREE estimate to get the job. Then their owner calls back after a week saying that the estimate is not accurate and even after that, several weeks go by and after numerous inquiries, they do not return your call. Stay away from this company. Shop elsewhere where they value your business.

They repair my ac unit, replace the transformer and do the inspection for just $95, a great service professional service at a price you can afford. Was last year when they came and still working.

I purchased a heat pump less than a year ago from a company . I recieved a phone call from the ac guys to come and give my new unit a check up. Although I didn't purchase my unit from them I let them come out. I was told that my unit was leaking refrigerant , froze up and full of mold. I would need new duct work as well to the tune of approx. 2900.00. After hearing this I called the company that installed it and had them come check it. They came out and I watched them go from top to bottom and explain each step of the procedures. My unit was running like new .... To top it off the tech showed me how clean the inside of the unit was . He inspected all of my ductwork and come to find out it was fine as well. This unit wasnt even a year old when "ac guys" found all these problems. They are crooks period !!!! I will never recommend them to anyone .
