We spend our Summers in Minnesota. When our AC goes out it's worse than Florida! We know we can count on Owens to fix it right the first time and get us up and running again. They are the best!

I Purchased a new heating and cooling system as well as a knew thermostat technology. Owens was prompt and knowledgeable. We had one issue and it was corrected promptly without any hassle. It is difficult to find good customer service. The customer service from Owens was very good!

Owens did a great job installing a new HVAC unit at our church last month. Complete professionals for everything from the recommendaton of the unit to the installation! True professionals!

Last Sunday, July, 17, 2011, during a heat wave in the Twin Cities, our AC went out at our home. I called Owens on Sun. morning and left a voice mail message asking for help. I didn't expect to hear back or make an appointment until Mon, but a few minutes later I got a call from Owens and they arranged for a service man to come out that afternoon. The man showed up within about two hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. It was superb service.Later, a friend of mine told me he had an AC problem at his business and had a poor experience with another company. I recommended Owens and my friend later said they did a terrific job; they were prompt, effective and reasonably priced.

Afater 30 years, our sactuary air conditioner died and we needed a new one. I obtained bids from several vendors and chose Owens Companies. They provided excellent service from the initial proposal, through final completion of the project. They are competitive in price, very service oriented, timely, knowledgeable, and have a wealth of experience. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

Owens Companies was called by (our neighbor recommened them) to look at our attic ac unit. We have had problems before with other companies that could not work on our older equipment. The tech from Owens had no problem figuring out the problem (low on charge and a plugged line) and repairing. We are now up and running for the season and made it thru the two really hot days with no problems. They also gave us an estimate on various other repairs we need made on the heating system and we look forward to having this work done by Owens.

I recently had a new boiler installed and wanted to comment on the professional way everything was handled from the begining to the end. Everything was done exactly as they said it would and the rebates really made a difference.

Dear Owens,Your company in Bloomington MN helped me last August with some repairs to our rental unit and everything went well.My mother and I rented the condo shorlty after the service to a young man who contacted me last Wednesday, Decebmer 9, 2009. I called the Bloomington office to see if they could help again. The on call person contacted my renter and it was agreed the repair could be preformed on Thursday, December 10th. They never called to make an appointment. On Friday at about Noon, Chris from Ownes called me to confirm the need for repair and get authorization for the work which I gave her. They were supose to work with Dan my tenant to get his heat up and running. Due to some confusion with the appointment I called Chris and confirmed, they sent a tech to the condo about 4:00 on Friday. The service was excellent and most importantly they came at the appointed times and were neat and precise. I had done my homework and I believe their pricing was fair.###A year later I have not had any issues with my new boiler and I am seeing lower utility bills. I highly recommend them.
