HORRIBLE business. My car was towed here after a terrible accident. My 4 year old and I were taken to ER by ambulance then released to recover at home. After a week and half I was able to return to my totaled vehicle and retrieve my personal items. But stupid rude Ray had released my car WITHOUT my authorization!!! My insurance was aware I was still recovering and were patiently waiting on me. They were in no hurry. The company that would be retrieving my car called and asked if it had been released by the owner. Ray said truth fully no. The company routinely called the next day and asked but this time Ray LIED and said yes he had spoken to the owner and I had released the car. Jerk NEVER talked to me. When I asked him why, he was rude, flippant and replied "I don't need anyone's permission to release a vehicle". But if he didn't need my permission why did he lie and say he had spoken with me and had it. How would you feel if this happened to you.
HORRIBLE Business and Ray you're a jerk and a LIAR !!! I would called you what you are but I'm keeping it clean. It deserves 0 stars.
