I used this company to prune two trees and to remove debris from a third tree. I was very impressed with the employees' (Mike and Anatole) level of professionalism. Specifically, the company provided a timely on-site visit, quote, and date for the work to be performed. The company was also very good about providing telephonic updates regarding estimated time of arrival and other issues that are important to the customer. Even though I obtained several competitive bids, and this company was not the lowest bidder, I selected the company anyway because I received input from one of the company's other patrons. I don't mind paying more for good service and the level of confidence I have in this company and its employees.
