There should be an option for negative stars. First thing the technician said when he walked in was “You people brought in the roaches“, not knowing anything about the place. Then he went through everything in the drawers and fridge saying how much he hated some of the produce we had, “Ewww peppers. Who eats that stuff!” And top it off with the classic “I’ve been doing this for over twenty years!” when we disagree with his baseless accusations. If you ever get someone named Tim from Ortex, ask him to get the heck off of your property. Or better yet just don’t use Ortex
