This was a difficult job as they could not figure out the source of the problem. Andrew stuck with it. He took off the toilet then had to run the line from above. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We called this company needing emergency plumbing service due to family and friends coming over for the wedding. We were finally able to locate a plumbing service that would service the Tonopah area for an additional fee of $175. We agreed to the cost and was informed of an hour and a half wait time. However, 30 minutes later, they called to tell us to let us know that $175 was not enough and that it would cost more money to come out and service us. We were given a quote and agreed to it. Now, they want more money for doing a job they specialize in. No way. This company has technicians that are sharks. Don't use them!!

Kitchen faucet valve broke off last night causing a mini flood, leaving us without water. Called Option One early in the am and Robert arrived 30-40 mins later. Im not one to usually take the time to complete reviews but the service we received and the cost was better than expected, writing a review was the least I could do. Robert was very friendly and professional and all the work was completed within 30 minutes. He ended up changing the faucet cartridge as well...Bravo!!

I was very impressed at how quickly Israel was able to make it to my house, Diagnose the Problem and then unclog the drains all in Thirty Minutes. My drain was blocked. I called the 800 number, and spoke with a nice lady. She told me someone would be here within the hour for $49.50. Less than 1 hour later Martin was off my roof, drain cleared and charged me $49.50. He deservedthe FAT TIP I gave him.

I had two other plumbers try to unclog the main pipe from my bathroom... not only did they both fail, they charged $85 each. To come back, they were going to charge more because they insisted it had to be a different problem, and could not come back until after the weekend, leaving me 3 days without plumbing. I was referred by a friend to Option One. Jessie from "Option One" came on the same day, even though it was late, he arrived on time and totally took care of the problem. It has been well over a month and still no issues. The price was unbelievable at $49.50, but more importantly "Jessie" took care of the problem. It was obvious Jessie is very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to ensure my plumbing was working. This is the kind of customer service that we all expect and deserve. I have already recommended Option One to friends & family. You are the BEST, because you have great employees, who get the job done, and affordable prices.

Called for a clogged toilet at 10pm on a Monday night. He was here by 10:20, had the toilet fixed and even checked the flow. He charged me only $49.50. What a great place. My favorite by far.

I called for service being I did not have hot water. The serviceman named Rick knew the problem it was a recall on the heater. I called and had one sent overnight (no charge for the part) Rick came to install the part and it happened to be faulty. We decided to have a new heater installed. I would recommend Option One to my friends without hesitation. Hopefully, they would get Rick he was polite, caring and knows what he is doing. My son is a plumber in Ct. so I know what good service is all about. Thank you again to Option One and Rick

: I am extremely happy with Option1Plumbing. Today I had Tim & Vince come out to give me an estimate on breaking up concrete and digging to fix the sewer pipe everyone said was broken eight feet below ground level. They saw at a my cleanout I had in the garage an old plumber broken rodder pipe lying in the sewer, they removed it and took a camera to the sewer only to find it was bad roots. There was no broken sewer pipe and after one hour of high water pressure to my sewer lines I was amazed to see how clean and flowing was my sewer. It is nice to see an HONEST plumbing company.

I was so impressed with option one plumbing. They came and fixed a problem toilet yesterday. Guess what the cost was? $49.50. Most other places charge 3 times that amount. I had used Roto Rooter in the past and they never fixed the problem. Seemed like it was in their best interest and wallet size to keep returning over and over for the same problem.



Rick from Option One was awesome. If you need a really good plumber call them.
