This is a well-rounded scam artist company. They advertise a 15 day money back Guaranty but in reality it’s up to management if you will receive your money back. If you don't believe me read the contract about the Guaranty. They also do nothing on your case for 20 days so that you can't find out how bad the service is before the 15 days expires. We were told we would be protected by the IRS and they could not do this and told us that they already had when they didn't. They also did approximately an hour of work and charged us 995. Then they asked for another 2000 and the person we spoke to could not tell us what they had accomplished for the 995. He could not even tell us who they were talking to at the IRS. Then I asked for a refund and they said they would give me 500 out of 995. I am now currently disputing the charge of 995. So instead of helping us with the IRS now I’m stuck fighting for my money back so i can pay the IRS. Do not trust this company they will take your money and do nothing for it.

I just wanted to thank you and Optima for helping me with the IRS. As you know a few weeks ago, I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owed them 156,000.00 dollars for four years of back taxes. The first letter appeared just after I returned from a visit in Florida. I was visiting my older Sister who is dying of cancer. It was a very emotional time. I didn't really know what to do. It was like a rug being snatched out from under me. I went to the IRS office here in town.(Baton Rouge) and they said they couldn't help me. I then went to a well known tax service, and they told me without any receipts, it looked like I was in Big trouble! That is not the answer I was looking for. I knew without them telling me, that I was in Big trouble! Still not quite knowing how to deal with this, I got on the computer and started looking for someone to help me. That's when I found Optima. I answered a few questions, and then i got a phone call from you. You seemed to really care about what was happening to me. I was so thankful to find someone that was willing to help me with this overwhelming problem. Thanks soooo much!!You guys have made sure that the IRS wouldn't come to my workplace or my bank to start just taking me apart. It is so nice for me not to have to worry about these thing happening because of you protecting me from THEM. Also, thanks for working out a payment plan, that is not out of my reach to maintain. You guys at Optima are THE BEST!!!!! I look forward to getting this all behind me. And with your help I know this will happen soon.
