After having a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company and running them off my property this morning, I called OOPS steam cleaning. Eva at the office was able to set up last minute appointments for me and guaranteed price and work. She was quite friendly and very professional. Ismael the technician came out - he was very professional, friendly, explained the work in detail and all the services they have. I was so impressed with him and had them clean my main home carpets, guest house carpets and a clients whole home on same day with written and guaranteed quotes. They did a great job and I will certainly use them again and ask for Ismael. Great Service with a smile, professionalism and dependability. Thank you OOPS Steam cleaning and Ismael for all your help.

I will keep this review short and sweet. Basically, my cat had a field day in the corner of my master bedroom. She not only peed but also scratched uo the carpet in the corner lifting up the edge from the baseboard. So Oops was able to get the pee and perform the repair on that edge :)

Technicians arrived on time and got my tile and grout cleaned in time before my wife's birthday. Needless to say she's very happy and I would use Oops again.

Woke up one morning and found that my poor dog got sick overnight while I was asleep and left some unwanted business on my rug (he didn't do it on purpose bless his heart), after running him over to the vet and THEN the groomers (poor thing needed a bath), I cleaned up the mess as best I could but to no avail. The smell was so bad I had to call an expert.

Ended up calling Oops Steam to see if they could somehow fit me in their schedule and they were able to get me in for the same day! :) Called them on Michael Berry's recommendation. (Also the Shirley commercials are hilarious!)

My technician Arturo came in, explained the pricing and the process he would perform on my expensive rug and after he gave me the run down I felt I was in good hands and boy was I! I can't say enough about my overall experience and my beautiful rug speaks for itself now after the horrible accident. (Thanks a lot Goose)
Thankfully the smell is gone, the mess is gone, and Goose can just forget this ever happened. But Oops will be my go to from now on for any of my cleaning needs!

My wife and I had our carpeting cleaned yesterday afternoon. The technician told me it would be 4-5 hours before my carpets would be dry. Today, more than 24 hours later, some parts still are damp, with the result that I've been unable to replace the furniture I moved in advance of the cleaning.



After the technician left, I noticed a fairly large stain in a prominent place that had not been removed.



Calls to a company supervisor have not been returned.

If you want carpet cleaning done right call Oops. I have used other carpet cleaning companies, I have used machines from the grocery store. I own a Bissell myself, but Oops beat them all. My carpets look great, they even feel great! In addition to just doing a great job, the tech, Josh was friendly. I enjoyed talking to him. I will definitely use Oops again in the future. Thanks Josh!
