Provided by YP.comOnramp Communications is the most expensive and yet unprofessional call center that I have ever utilized. Their constant staffing issues and unethical behavior have led to many complaints from my clients. I would definitely recommend going with a different company for my after hour call needs. Clearly the owner of this company has no experience running a medical call center because the lack of experience is demonstrated in the service provided to their clients.
Obviously, this individual has never been our client and has his or her own motivations and agenda for posting such a negative review or they would have been more specific. I can provide as many references and recommendations as desired to interested medical groups and physicians to clearly validate our service quality.
