Expensive and Understaffed

Onramp Communications is the most expensive and yet unprofessional call center that I have ever utilized. Their constant staffing issues and unethical behavior have led to many complaints from my clients. I would definitely recommend going with a different company for my after hour call needs. Clearly the owner of this company has no experience running a medical call center because the lack of experience is demonstrated in the service provided to their clients.
