Horrible, terrible, unreliable, undependable, words alone can can't describe this unprofessional goof ball. I called made a appointment for a quote on a new hot water heater. That was my first mistake, he didn't answer with a company name but only by, this is Jason. When I ask if this was "one way heaters and plumbing he said it depends on who's calling. I still made the appointment against my better judgement. He was two hours late, didn't call and showed up like it was a bother to be at my home. I thought who in their right mind would use this guy. I told him I had to leave and if he wanted to good at the water heater and email me a quote that was fine but I had to go. I waited a week on the quote which never came nor would he answer my calls and wouldn't return my voice mails, I left four. I had already called a real plumbing company but just wanted to see what kind of price this jack leg was going to come up with. Save yourself the trouble and find a plumber that not only answers their phone but with a company name as well.

What a joke. Jason I hope for your best interest you learn how to do business and I'm guessing your plumbing isn't much better.
