All was well with the process. He was prompt to get out. However, after the cleaning was done to our sofa there was a RED discoloration on the cushions that was not there prior to the cleaning. Due to this being during the holidays and us being out of town I wasn't able to get in touch with Mike until 2 weeks later. Clearly my fault for not listening to my Fiance and not taking the time to call sooner. But thinking as a business owner he would want to know what could have made the discoloration appear, I got quite the opposite response. Said "there is nothing in my cleaner that would have caused that. Sorry that happened but it isn't my problem" and then hung up. I highly recommend searching for a company that stands behind their work.
