inspection...was open to comments

After several efforts, they took care of our problem. I appreciate the willingness to keep coming and working on the issues until they were solved. Lennie, you did a good job!!! It's working!

Their service guy came out and was great. The backoffice on the other hand is not. I was charged for a Level1 repair, before they found out that the unit was under warranty and they would not refund the $132 for the part that is clearly listed on the receipt. All they wanted to do when I asked about the refund was to sell me additional services. They will not be back out to my house, no matter how great their service techs are.

They are simply that good .

Very pleased with Joe while there for MSPC he noticed water leak from dishwater. Also Chris K. came right out to look at situation client very impressed and happy our guys found this before it became a bigger problem.

Installed a new system. These gentleman also deserve high praise for their professionalism and efficiency. They worked long and hard to install the system. I might add that the temperature was in the 90's, so the conditions under which they worked was not pleasant. We never heard a grumble or complaint throughout the day. They tended to the business at hand efficiently and were very accommodating answering any questions we had.

They come every six months to check and service the units which is included in my membership .
