My landlord used Mattoon Heating and Air for her parents for a number of years. We used them the first year we lived in the house with no issues, then the second year came. They would ONLY call during times we were at work, would become VERY rude on the phone (to my wife but not to me, how convenient) and they even lied that my landlord had paid them already (she hadn't) and continued to call and complain that we never picked up (even though we were at WORK) We then did have an issue with the heater, called them on Monday to come fix the heater. They told us it might be a day or two and they would call back. It's now Thursday afternoon with a cold front coming through and they haven't returned any calls. Call a local guy would could use the money for his business rather than these guys.

Told me it would be $85 to come out. Didn't give a time and a little rude on phone. Came out, checked AC pressure, all good. Found a tripped breaker. 10 minutes or less on site = $85. I agreed to the fee before they came out but was a little surprised when they stuck to it after realizing it was just a tripped breaker.

Thank you to Mr Klein! A master in his job! Good to have him, he knew right away what the problem had been and fixed it!
