Steve asked me to recant my previous negative message and I will do so by saying that nothing in my previous message was untrue and this will contain the truth as well. After almost 3 months, I finally got Steve on the phone. I had to take my TV to his home (112 miles round trip without even an offer of partial reimbursement for my gas because after all, the service that I paid him included him to coming to me as the name of the business says. End result was I had to return home with a TV that was still broken and wait for the part, which I installed myself once it arrived. So, in the end, Steve did order and pay for the proper part to fix my TV.
