They are full of lie's they don't even pay there tech minium wage or do any background checks!! good luck with who's at your house, they sure don't know or care! If looking for employment don't go here they
will lie to get you in then say good bye

Communication was clear and timely, staff were knowledgeable, on time, and happy to explain what each step involved, how it worked, and what to watch out for in the future. They're also very clean - brought in a vacuum to clean up any messes left behind. I highly recommend Official Pest Prevention.

The technician, Joe arrived on time. He explained the best action to take and everything he planned to do for my pest problem. Joe was very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I would definitely refer Official Pest Prevention to friends and family!

After almost a year service with payments taken directly out of my account from the first month,they took twice the amount out this month WITHOUT informing or warning me. When I received a email and spoke to someone they said it was for February and March. I informed them that it cannot be because they directly took February out already. I was then transferred to a manager,named Heather,who said the same thing. I told her they already took February out. After several minutes debating,now she informed me I was a month behind. After a year of service with them pulling every payment directly out,I'm somehow a month behind?! Horrible business practices and customer service. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

Nate is one of the best out there, he always shows up on time, does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond.

The other posts were right on it, Nate was incredibly helpful. We *thought* we had a bug problem. I initially spoke with Calvin who was very helpful and he connected me to Nate. Nate came out, did a full, thorough inspection-didn't see anything, set up traps just in case they missed something. Spent over an hour and didn't charge me anything for the inspection. Its been almost two months and nothing. Professional, efficient and easy to work with.

So I called up a few pest control companies before this one. I got Nate's number from ta friend. He told me that I would get a free estimate. Nate came out, immediately and seemed interested in my pest problem. He sprayed, and told me what to do to prevent it in the future. Now I'm completely free of critters....

Nate the pest control guy is cool. He is really knowledgeable and always get the job done. I have not had any problems with ants or rats this year. I cant say that their office is as good as he is. Their office personal lacks in customer service. They are rude, they yell, and hang up on you. If it where not for Nate's service I would not keep my service. Thanks Nate!

This is the worst company i have delt with. after my contract was up i tried to cancell service and they said i had to send in a letter . i had to call the local PD to have them stop comming to my house. they weren't spraying and was still charging me. they had a 3 month period where the never even showed up for service and i was still charged. They are clearly good at 1 thing "fraud". the office manager is a complete idiot, and has a hard time understanding "DON"T SEND ANYONE TO MY HOUSE I NO LONGER WANT YOUR LACK OF SERVICE". Before even considering them do your homework, they have many complaints at local agancies.
