We had two rooms done by Oak Tree Floor Refinishers. We are so glad we went with them. They were professional from start to finish, They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them very highly.

Rich did a great job at my house. I sent him to two other friends and they are as happy as I am. Very professional. He showed up when he said he would for an estimate, he got back to me quickly and his guys showed up when they were supposed. When they were done, they put my rooms back they way they were. Just a great experience.

We recently had Oak Tree Floors come to our house that we have been in the process of renovating as we needed Oaktree to "fix" our recently finished wood floors that had been done by another floor refinisher who did a terrible job. Rich Lanza fit us into his schedule, which was booked for a month out, because we needed the job done ASAP as we need to get our disabled son into our new handicapped accessible home that was already a year overdue due to two unscrupulous General Contractors. Oak Tree's guys were so neat, polite, and professional in their manner -- yet friendly. They sanded our floors, vacuumed up all the sanding, methodically and evenly applied poly to our floors and the job turned out great. A world of difference from the other guy's work. The finish looked beautiful in each room. Rich, the owner, was such a nice person to deal with and very understanding and sympathetic towards our situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OAK TREE. Thanks G. Highly recommend Rich and his team at OakTree. Not only did my floors come out amazing, but he kept in frequent touch by phone/email to keep me posted on the work as it was being completed. As a new homeowner and this being my first experience with hardwood floors, OakTree made the whole process worry free. They answered every question I had no matter how significant, arrived on time for each appointment, and the quality of their work was top notch. They have exceeded my expectations in their professionalism and work. 5 stars that are well deserved.

OUTSTANDING! Our floors far exceeded my expectations. What a crew. They handled this entire experience with respect, privacy and were courteous at all times. With good planning we were able to stay in our home. We are thankful that Rich, Mike and his crew got the job done, in "under the time" estimated. The price was very reasonable and the job well done. We had an oak floor refinished by Oak Tree. After talking with a number of services, we picked Oak Tree because they offered stain plus 3 coats of polyurethane at a very reasonable price. The workers were very polite and professional. They provided paper floor covering from the front door to the room being refinished. All work was accomplished as agreed over the course of a week, to allow plenty of time between coats. We used a stain that added just a bit of color to the oak and it looks great, it really has a warm glow to it now. I am happy to recommend Oak Tree Floor Refinishers.

Oak Tree Floor Refinishers were recommended to me by friends who recently had their floors refinished. I took their advice and had Oak Tree do ours after taking with a couple other contractors. The floors are beautiful! Rich Lanza, the owner, gave us good advice about stain choices and finishes. The work was beautifully and neatly done. I was very surprised that I had so little dust to clean up! Rich and his crew are fussy about their work and it shows it the quality of their work. I just recently had two sets of steps sand and stained by Oak Tree. I was very happy with the job they did, the work, and the punctuality. I received a quote, and Oak Tree stuck to the quote, told me when they'd be there, and showed up on those days at those times. The work itself is great, and I enjoy seeing my stained steps, that go well with the rest of the home. I would definitely recommend Oak Tree to anyone needing their steps sanded and stained.

Precise in commitment - timing - quality - dependability (superb job!) Very friendly crew ... they did a fabulous job!! I gave them the house key (they come around 8am and leave before we come back from work). Two flight of stairs were done in two days. Hardwood materials were delivered by their supplier (Oak Tree suggested tht these materials should sit inside the room temp. for about seven days to acclimate ~ for better result and longevity) - on the eighth day they came back and completed the job (very neat and experienced result). They left the house 'very clean' each day after their work! I strongly recommend Oak Tree for any level of workmanship (big or small)...
