I called this place around 9 am to ask for my car to be scrapped. They told me my car would be picked up sometime in the afternoon. When I called back at 6 pm the same day I had an extremely rude woman answer the phone and had an attitude when I asked if they would be picking it up today. This put me at a pretty huge inconvenience considering the BMV won't transfer the tags from my old car to my new one until the title is signed over. Don't have these jerks pick up your scrap. Their service is pitiful and you'll just get attitude when you ask when they'll arrive.
