Free Counseling Workshop: NID-HCA Housing Counseling Agency are pleased to present a series of consumer workshops focusing on keeping you in you home:refinancing for a lower rate, FHA Hope for Home Owners loan, reducing your property taxes, loan modifications, loss mitigation tools and understanding a short sale. NID-HCA counselors and Bank Loss Mitigation Staff will offer on site assistance and one on one counseling services to borrowers.
