Great customer service. They were accurate with how long it would take, they gave me a lower price than everyone else I called & were very nice! Definitely the ONLY tow company in Kansas City that I will ever use!!

They chagered me 600 to tow my car a block do not use!!!

I highly recommend good times tow! They were courteous and had a fast response. Their prices are fair and the driver was very nice! Even though my day was bad my towing experience was great, they really took care of me!

These people are rude, nasty and very threatening. They will threaten no to give your car back even though you have the money to get the car. If they do not think you are what you should be they will refuse to give back your vehicle. They also price gouge. When on the phone with them they will cut you off and not answer your questions. I would not reccommend this tow service if you want any kind of customer service at all.
