I had a Nuclear Stress test today and I have only great things to say about my experience. I am 69 years young and needed this test to get an approval to have surgery. Everyone was so positive and caring, fully understanding my anxiety to get this approval. Adam was so professional and had such a gentle manner. I give my experience 5 1/2 stars

I went to my appointment and upon signing in, was told they made a mistake in the computer and booked me an appointment for the following year even though they had written on the card for today’s date. I was told to wait and that they were "sorry". I waited 15 minutes (I was the only person in the waiting area) and my name was called. “I’m sorry Dr Wen is busy and cannot see you today, we realize you took the day off from work and it’s our mistake but he cannot see you..."

This is the front office's mistake and the doctor still should have seen me. This is unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Your life is too short and important to have to deal with this.
