I called nevernest pest control to remove a dead mouse under the stove? the company sent a tech out within 3 hours and he removed the little guy from under the stove. He also closed a few holes around the outside of structure to prevent more from coming in to my satisfaction. Also he baited areas inside my home to eliminate the problem aswell. i was very satisfied with the service and the price. I would recommend this fast & friendly service to everyone!

They were hired by my mgmt. Bayshore, exterminated for at least a year. Roaches were never eliminated. They said the product would destroy others in nest. They stated existing roaches would carry product & prevent new ones. Yet we have many baby roaches. Please don't waste$.

I recently discovered a bed bug infestation in my apartment. It was probably the scariest discovery of my life! a friend recommended Nevernest after they successfully treated her apartment for mice and roaches. I was more than happy with the service. When I called, the secretary was not only able to calm me down, but she set me up with an appointment the following day. She made sure to explain what procedures i had to take before the technician arrived for faster, more effective service. She was a sweetheart! The next day, two technicians came out to treat my apartment. They were able to answer all the questions I had about these disgusting insects. They also made sure to explain to me what I had to do for the next few following days in order to help the treatment work better.They did an awesome job! I was skeptical at first, but I now know that if I ever bring back any more bedbugs from vacation again, Nevernest is the first place i'm calling!

Company technician worked in my unit for six days and failed to eliminate the problem. Was an hour late the first day. Didn't show up at all on a day he was scheduled to work. Claimed he had been there, but admitted to lying after I told him that building records showed he had not signed out the key to my unit that day. By the fourth day, he had hardly done any work outside the kitchen, and I had to prod him to move on to other rooms I'd never use this company again. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to recover most of the money I paid to the company. Not only were they ineffective, but they sold me service they knew to be unnecessary, and should not be allowed to profit from their malfeasance.

Pigeons were nesting on my back porch, driving me crazy. I called nevernest, they came out same day for an estimate, ready to do the work. They cleaned up the mess and kept them from coming back. The price was reasonable. Never had a problem since.
